Animal records and photos are stored locally on your device.

Does AI identification require an account?
No GeckoBreeding account is needed. The optional AI feature requires your own OpenRouter API key.

How do I remove my data?
Delete individual records in the app or uninstall the app to remove its local private data, subject to your operating-system backup settings.
